Why I do this.
For most of my career, I have been drawn to two kinds of problems: messy business systems and messy human decisions. In both, the work starts the same way: slow down, separate signal from noise, and find the next useful move.
At work, that has meant building product, growth, and operating systems across logistics, categories, and service businesses. Outside work, it has often meant helping people think through career confusion, difficult choices, and moments where their ambition feels larger than their clarity.
The Clarity Upgrade brings those two sides together: strategic thinking, emotional grounding, and real-world execution experience applied to the problem of finding direction — and then going and getting what you want.
